Free sports physicals will be offered on Friday, June 6, from 3:00 until 7:00 PM in the High School training room for any SCA student entering grades 7 through 12 and planning to participate in athletics in the 2017-2018 school year.  Physicals are by appointment only.  Parents can schedule an appointment online through the District's Athletics webpage or by clicking the following link:  Sports Physical Registrations.  

 

Parents are free to schedule physicals on their own with their family physician, however in order for the physical to be valid for the 2017-2018, school year, the physical must be conducted no earlier than June 1, 2017, and the forms used must be downloaded from the District website or picked up in the High School Office.  Forms from physician's offices are no longer accepted.
